Progressive, independent, local union representing 900+ members under four Collective Agreements: Municipal, School Board (non-teaching), Library, and Police Civilians.

Position is permanent, full time in a non-smoking environment. Non-smoker is preferred. Vehicle is required.

Successful candidate will have:

• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal);
• Computer literacy;
• Problem-solving, negotiation, administration and conflict resolution skills.
• Knowledge of relevant labour legislation, WorkSafe, Employment Standards & Human Rights legislation

Collective bargaining experience would be an asset.

Salary is commensurate with experience. Benefits package.
